What This Site Is
www.dearthieves.com is a static publication. Every page is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. Nothing a reader does here can create, change or submit any record, because there is no mechanism to accept one.
The published inventory is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists a single address. Every page states, in machine-readable form, when it was published and when it was last modified, and that modification date matches the date the sitemap publishes. A reader can therefore always tell exactly which version of this text they are reading. If an address is requested that does not exist on this site, the visitor is sent straight back to the home page rather than shown a page that could be mistaken for content.
What Happens When A Link Is Clicked
This site runs no gambling service of its own. Any operator link on this site does not open the operator directly. It is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and hands the visitor to the operator's own tracking address. Ten such redirect rules exist in the build, and every one of them points outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as a sponsored link and opens in a separate tab, so the reader always keeps this site open alongside the destination.
Everything a page needs to display — its styles, scripts, fonts and images — is loaded from this domain only. No outside server is contacted while a page is being shown. The moment a reader follows an operator link, that changes: the browser leaves this domain and deals directly with a separate site, under that site's own terms. This page describes nothing about what happens after that point.
What This Page Cannot Promise
There is no registration, no account and no way to submit anything on this site, so nothing here can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no visitor-generated content exists to be governed. The build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. For that reason, this page cannot promise a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty, and it does not invent a company, a jurisdiction, a court or an age threshold to fill that gap. The only terms that bind anyone once an operator link is followed are the ones published by that operator's own site.
